Thorough goalkeeper leg training for the increase in both jumping and diving power, agility and shot stopping ability. This training we recommended for U14-21 as it can be slightly dangerous for younger ages if they jump incorrectly and on top of the metallic objects but it of course all depends on the amount of training that the goalkeeper already is and have received. For brand new goalkeepers we recommend our other training videos that includes leg training.
